      150 x 150mm plates with holes for securing to timber beams or facilitating the use of accessories.
    • PROP INNER TUBE:
      48.3mm O.D. tube (standard scaffolding tube size) with holes at 152.5mm centres. Tube diameter enables standard scaffold tube and couplers to be used for bracing purposes.
    • PROP OUTER TUBE:
      60.3mm O.D. Bottom plate identical to prop head. Reduction couplers enable standard scaffold tube to be connected to outer tube for bracing purposes.
    • THREAD:
      On the outer tube the thread provides the ability for each prop to have infinite adjustment within its given range.
    • NUT:

  • Pipeline Aerial Markers shall in general be installed along the pipeline at every Five (5) kilometers intervals and at places specified by Company.

KILOMETER MARKERS

  • Kilometer Markers shall in general be installed along the pipeline at every One (1) kilometer interval. Markers shall indicate cumulative distance in kilometers from the reference station, as directed by Company. A kilometer marker is not required, if the relative distance between its location and any pipeline warning sign is less than 200 meters and also every 5KM Aerial Marker shall be used instead of Kilometer Marker.

  • Pipeline Warning Sign shall in general be installed at:
    • National and State Highway crossings – 2 Nos. min.
    • Other Road crossings – 1 No. min.
    • Railway Crossings – 2 Nos. min.
    • Minor Water Crossings (less than 15 m width) – 1 No. min.
    • Minor Water Crossings (above 15 m width) – 2 Nos. min.
    • Major water crossings – 2 Nos. min.
    • Valve station – 1 No. min.
    • Any other location as shown in the approved drawings and as directed by the Company.
    Pipeline Warning Sign shall identify the existence of the pipeline and display the name of the Company, with an emergency telephone number, as shown in Approved Engineering Drawing.

  • Pipeline Direction Markers shall be installed to identify the significant Turning Points of the pipeline during aerial traverse. One direction marker shall be installed at each Turning Point, two more direction markers shall be installed along the pipeline alignment.
